| < General ~ argh, my back knee hurts |

After heeling for a long time, my back knee begins to ache and cramp up... I think it is because I keep it locked when I'm rolling... is there anyone else who experiences this and/or knows what to do? (other than to stop heeling, because I can't  ). |

Yeah .. don't lock your knee .. that's okay for when you first start .. but its not good for the long haul - especially if you skate street - no sport (that I know of) advocates locking the knees. Stay limber, loose and flow on your wheels.

| try bending ur knees a bit when u heel, it helped me a little |
