I have just bought the Heelys Reflex does anyone know if these shoes are any good? i'm a total noob at heelys and i'm juss about to start i ordered my heelys off of www.zappos.com can i have some input on these shoes and if they are good or not.. Thanks-terrain190

reflex, thats the newest one i think. theyre 100 bucks. and they r pretty tight. it got a suspension system, so u can probably jump higher and land softly. i never use my feet to jump. i can show u how to jump if u want to, rite after u learn how to heel.

yeah they are new i juss hope they aren't a dissapointment.. i kinda wish they had the mega wheels on them.

ight man i would appreciate learning to jump after i learn to heel i am planning to master these heelys by the end of the week.. they are coming in on monday so yeah.. by the end of the week i should be doing "well" i juss can't wait to skate in the mall Smile

but still, the smaller the wheel, the straighter the pipeline/crabwalk. i think. big wheels give u more balance. thats all. and small wheels r lighter.

the larger the wheels doesn't mean the smoother ride? and easier to get over cracks. whats is a crabwalk and a pipeline?

malls, r one of the best places to heel. u can do flatland tricks perfect, jump over tiles, and stall things. make sure u dont bump into ppl and when u c a security guard, stop unless if u c many other ppl heeling too.

its like when ur still heeling but the toes r facing the opposite direction. the more u bend ur knees, the straighter u go. i dont reccomend that as a first trick u try out.

so today my heelys came in they are by far the best shoe i could have had man i love them. i got the black and grey reflex. i''m not too good on them though.

i guess the first trick i ever learned was probably one-footer. slighly raise one foot or the other(whichever one feels more comfortable) try to balance it and dont fall on ur ass. Or maybe the first trick was backwards/fakie. how u heel foward is just like going bacwards, except the opposite foot is in front. hold on to a rail or something like that and push ur self backwards. try both these tricks on flat surface, no cracks and not on the sidewalk, u could fall. speaking of falling, it will happen often, doing crazy things, just to warn u. but usually u cant break a bone, u could get a lot of scrapes though.

Wow. When you wear Evolutions for a while, and try your old pair of Fleets again, the Fleets feel like they're halfway between real Heelys and regular shoes Very Happy
