we all remember the Rugrats (hopefully) and i just happened to have this Tommy doll (no i dont play with dolls) and thought "hmm i got an idea"
UPDATE : 1st sign says : "Hi people! Don't you think I'm cute? If you don't, then you can go screw yourself  !"
2nd sign says : "Ahahah! I'm just kidding! If you don't like me, you can go jump off a cliff !"

i use to walk like that i had a foot corrctional thingy for a year because i walked stupidly XD
