In denver Colorado they are having showings of the broadway play of the little mermaid before it comes on broadway.

Here's a review of it:

"I went to see The Little Mermaid musical this evening. This is a brand new musical that has not yet opened on Broadway. It is being debuted and perfected in Denver before it opens on Broadway late this fall. This evening was only the second performance.

This is an incredible musical! If you love The Little Mermaid movie, then you will want to marry and bear the children of this musical. There are some familiar songs from the movie with the addition of new ones so that the entire cast gets an opportunity to perform.

This production is bound to win a Tony for set design. Magical doesn't even come close to describing it. The "Under the Sea" and "Kiss the Girl" scenes can best be described as visual orgasms! The materials used to convey water are something never before used in a musical and the actors wear "heelys" to give the illusion of swimming.

For only the second performance ever, the cast did a remarkable job. There were a few gliding sequences that seemed a little jerky and the prince's drowning scene was not smooth, but overall it was fantastic.

I plan to buy another ticket and go again by myself. There's got to be a single seat available at some performance in the near future!"

Remember skateboarding when it first came out?....... back inthe late 70s?..

New sports do this all the time.... people just have to be patient, and push the interest with passion and professionalism. Remember that everytime youre on your Heelys, someone is paying attention..... even if you dont notice it.

I always get people staring cause heelys are everywhere in my area but people have never seen anyone do anything other than just go forwards.

It's funniest when you go on holiday cause people have neer seen heelys and they're like "WHOOOAAAA!" "shoes with wheels?!?!?"
