i made up a new trick i call it the "crossover"

itz like a crabwalk but ur legs r crossed over and ur toes are facing inwards.
so basicly a bloodstain but ur feelt r crossed over.

can u do it?

dude. bad idea. remember? first video gets to name it? ive had a secret trick that ive had under my sleeve for months but havent been able to land it perfectly yet so i still need to get it on video. (i dont wanna say it cause sara could probably do it and that means she would get to name it.)

Im curious as to how you actually convince yourself that these hard and fast "rules" actually exist Seth.... is there a Hely Bible somewhere Im missing? (was that respectable 'chip? hehe)

No offense meant... but I think its kinda silly fighting over who gets to name what.... eventually, they all blend together and no one but YOU remembers anyways...

If you can do the trick.... sweet.... if you cant, keep practicing.... who cares what the hell its called? Call it whatever you want.... even HEELYING BONEHEAD SUPERIFFIC if you want... If it provides you more fun when riding..... AWESOME!

actually its a heelychat thing to avoid any fights to who made it first, whoever gets it on video first is the person that gets to name it. Why are you always on my back about these things? Razz

ive been on here since like the month after ths site was made last year ive seen everything that has happened. from all the haters to emma getting banned from the first revolucion to the revolucion. even when there was a ton of awesome supporive adult heelers who left (I.e. cereal, chuckboucher)

Just FYI.

There is and unwritten rule.

If you invent and land a wholly new trick, then you get the honor of naming it.

In order to prove that you've actually done the trick, you have to get it on video (or have an overwhelming number of people agree you were the first).

Its unwritten, but this prevents (a) having a bunch of names for the same trick al over the place and (b) people saying that they can land crazy things that may be just bunk.

I just think its amusing how much energy is spent "figuring it all out".....

Ever hear the saying, "rules are meant to be broken"?.... heh... kinda what Im getting at...... a rule only exists if others agree on it..... and even then, its usually the folks that assume benefit from the rule, that are agreeing on it in the first place.

And of course, I needed the excuse to use the Hely Bible joke....
