I found some Kids Size 12 (18cm) Heelys here in the UK, and it got me wondering what the smallest Heelys ever made are?
For Heelys Motion the Heelypedia lists sizes from Childrens 1 to Mens 14 but I'm guessing that's a typo. |

sz 12c was only started made recently beging since strand came out last year.
Motion did indeed come in a sz 14 and when heelys first came out the smallest sz was a 1 or 3. |

Wow, Size 14's, nice. I wonder why they don't make new Heelys in sizes above 12 any more . . . it sucks because I know a couple of guys I'd like to teach but they're size 13 ish, so would need size 14 Heelys for comfort.
