I'd just point out that several of the following '90s' kids things were actually from the early 1980s... You Can't Do That on Television (1979-1990) for one. My parents tried to get me to stop watching that show when I was 10 or so (1984). BTW - did u know that's where Alanis Morrisette got her start?
Also pre-1990s: The original Double Dare, Nickelodeon=Orlando, Full House (1987-1995), Chicken dance (1950s), McD's playplace (though it wasn't called that, and all the stuff was made of -metal-).
