Cause all the other songs are rock songs and he's a kid and didnt like the other ones?
It's like the only happy song there, it didnt fit the video too well originally but he liked it so we put it in.
and he said he didnt enter to win, he entered for fun.

ANd Seth, your right, eveyone is in it for fun. But competition is what makes things passionate. If everyone skated for fun, then there would be no improvement on the sport. Thats a reason I like these kinds of competitions. Its not only about a certain technique, its also how much passion you have for it.
If there was no reason to compete, then this wouldn't be a competition, it would be more or less the Sundance Film Festival...
BTW, congrats to Laina for getting approved as well. I saw it last night, you have some pretty good flatland work goin on! |
