My ankles get screwed up all the time, it's not like, something i'd take a month off or anything, but I'll just be skating (vert mostly) and my ankles will just .. be weird i guess 
My knees a different story, I actually have knee problems, but i skated for weeks on a fractured knee without really noticing, I guess my knees have a high pain tolerancy or something.
My heels used to hurt sometimes as well, back when I used the original insoles, never use those anymore, Dr. Scholls(sp?) ftw
But back to the point, I really don't think reflexs make any difference, the shox are like a hard plastic and arent very absorbant. |

For my legs, i have shin splints ( if you don't know what that means ; it's just burning pains that feel like your going to die, up and down your legt) , and they kick- in every so often- |

heh, naww, I'm usually in 6s, I can actually fit in the GTs, just not comfortably
remember to buy different insoles though, when you do serious tricks on heelys their insoles just dont work great IMO, I got two new pairs of insoles today  so happy |

meh.....I like the insoles in torch, the grail insoles have a little too much arch for me though.
