Merlyn, and/or anyone else who knows,

I'm curious about the massive changes I've heard about here. Can you guys be more specific, or let us know when we'll know more? There are implications that the regions themselves are changing, and possibly other big changes to the system. For me, this is just 'cus I want to know, but

I'm sure there are others who want to know whom it will actually have an impact on (people still trying out, 'cus I ASSUME that those who are already on teams already know things that impact them).

Anyway, all the recent chatter has made me curious.

its really hard to get on TEC cuz joe is ALWAYS so0o0oo0o0o0 busy! Razz

well, i can't really blame em' fur being busy. But Im probably not trying for a while. Cuz merlyn said if i get "LITTLE ITZY BITZY BETTER" i can get on TEC, so for now, Im just waiting for (hopefully)a reply, and Im just practicing hard, before I tryout. And i never see anymore northeast demos, cuz i wanna go and tryout in person.

Eh, it can be pretty much just figured out once you know the basics at this point, so I'll just say what I know:

Three regions remain: West, Middle, and East.

Everything else has been subsumed into those three.

For each region there is one EMM. (What happened to the other EMMs, I'll let you guess; if your guess didn't have a metaphor of small pink pieces of paper or decapitation, guess again)

They all are zombies who were decapitated by paper girls? o.O

And if not, will I be on TEC or will I have to try out again? Sad

Ok - this is what I know. Its pretty late breaking info, so if it changes a tad, don't get all up my grill.

There are three regions: East Coast, Mid-States, and West Coast.

The areas are broken up by time-zone.

TEC = EST Time Zone
Mid-States = Central and Mountain Time
West Coast = PST Time Zone

There is 1 EMM for each region. Now 1 seems to be little for such large regions, but they are going to focus on team development (instead of just coordinating store demos). All the lame EMMs have been fired (yay!). Only those that have a good focus on team dev remain.

Tryouts are with either the Captain or the EMM. Usually both will have to approve. This keeps the teams running smoothly.

For TEC, if you're in NY or CT its going to be easier to get on the team. But I'm kind of a slave-driver - soooo, better consider if you really want to learn to skate like a maniac. Wink

TEC is the only team I know with practice REQUIREMENTS (like, you have to make it to practice sessions).
