I need to get new wheels for my Strands.
They're apparently fats..
Are these the right ones?
Also, I was thinking about just replacing the bearings themselves, but it doesn't seem like you can buy just the bearings. Is that true? Or is there somewhere I can just get the bearings? |

| if you want the replace the bearings, you can get regular skateboard bearings... but if your shoes are new, i highly doubt they even need new wheels OR bearings... but spend your money on w/e.... and yeah, those are the right ones.. |

Pending on the bearings though, they can cost more then just buying new fats (19.99 value here in Colorado)
I know for my inlines, I could spend up to $40 on a set of 8 ABEC7
But thats just from my shopping expirience |

I've had them since.. about July of last year, and have worn them as daily shoes, with the wheels in, for that whole time. The shoes themselves are in awesome condition still (only noticable wear is on the brakes), but the wheels are getting worn out, and one of the bearings has locked up completely.
As I'm thinking about it, I'll probably just replace both wheels and bearings, cause the wheels themselves are getting torn anyway, and the axels are starting to rust a bit (though I'm sure I could clean that easily enough).
Thanks for the input guys. |

| As for the rust on the axel, I took some steel wool to mine with a good can of WD40... After a brief expirience in a non-ventalated garage involving moving walls, I got them shining up pretty clean |
