Has anyone seen the heelys with the buttons on the back?? Are they faster than the ones that dont have buttons on the back?

Wait, are you talking about the buttons that retract the wheels in and out?

Those aren't Heelys.

I had a friend that had a pair of heelys and they had the button on the back. And yes,the button did retract in and out of the heelys. And they worked like regular heelys, except they were cheap. The wheels werent like the ones you would have on regular heelys though, they would tear up easily and they werent very fast. Would u consider those as heelys?

Absolutely not. Those are cheap knockoffs and Heelys is a brand name. Since there's no good word for those at the moment I'm going to take to calling them Crappies.

So are the "Crappies" copying the regular heelys?

Indeed they are.

Take your pair of real Heelys, skate next to your friend for a while, and watch the envy begin.

Heelys' Macks with the clear wheels on the outside of the heel have a button in the back to release the axles, so the wheels can be removed.
While some say the Macks are good to learn tricks on (like spins), I don't like them:
Wierd looking (not stealth)
Too slow (wheels squish down under my weight)

Are you talking about those cheapo knock-offs? The ones with the wheels in the front and back? If so, no they aren't. Someone gave my sister their old pair of them and she threw them away because they were terrible. The wheels were plastic and it was a pile of nonsense.
