This is to everyone going to the Heelychat Gathering, and parents as well. We have a REALLY long post of planning and stuff, but my mom wanted to see all the information (and the easiest way to do that is by putting it on one page). First things first, respond below if your definately going...and put the dates you will be staying. The HCG (Heelychat Gathering) will be held the 31st of December to the 3rd of January. Some people will be coming earlier due to various reasons such as school, work, etc. Hotels aren't neccesary as you will be sleeping in Vertigo. Also, do we want to have some sort of matching outfit? For instance all go to the store and buy a certain Heelys shirt before the event? I know we were going to have shirts made by Deez before but I'm not sure if he's still making them. I couldnt find our origional ideas, and was thinking something like this...

i would like to go but i cant be cause we are going to CO for after X-mas and i dont think my parents would let me fly to CT(Conneticut?).

To make a "Gathering" really worthwhile - we need to get say 12 solid YES (who is not TEC).

People will probably want to fly into Laguardia Airport and rent a car. Vertigo is 1 hour north of there. There are several options for hotels. Sleeping in the halfpipe is .. um .. not the best since there are no showers or anything.

My guess is that a gathering should be from Dec 30 to whenever. But staying on New Years eve is cool because we can all drop in @ midnight to ring in 2008.

Here's the thing. If we don't get 12 definitely YES, then its kinda wash because you can't have a HC gathering with only like 6 people.

I think you misunderstood when you put me as a yes, Merlyn- I've said for quite some time now that I'm a definitive maybe, regardless of how badly I want to (and believe me, I want to). But I can't make any absolute guarantees at all. Sad

hey sorry guys i can't go, my sister emailed me and said she was workin all of those days, but she told me, if there were any more heelys gatherings/events, she told me to tell her and she'll try to get off from work on those days.

Oh yeah, and if u do that dropin in thing on new years be sure to get it on tape Razz
