its actually better to learn to grind with your non leading foot leading the grind. that way you heel, step down with your front foot and just jump on with your back foot.
so if your lefty, learn to grind righty if your righty learn to grind lefty |

| That scares me. Last time I tried to grind with my left foot leading I fell and my arm snapped 3 times and my wrist was sore all night. x_x I'll keep trying though I guess. lol |
