Hey,
I'm trying to start doing 180's. I understand the foot motion, but my problem is going backwards.
When I go against the wall and push off, my back foot curves outward EVERY TIME. How do I fix this?
Thanks,
Alec |

That used to happen to me all the time when I first learned to do a 180, just keep practicing and you should get it eventually. |
