first trick.........i guess jumping. everyone uses their back foot stepping on the ground. but i always use the very tip of the back of my shoe. i call it a bunny hop or prohop. its a lot harder than regular ollies, but i'll explain how to do it. crouch down. raise ur front foot up and quicky tap the back of ur shoe. now bend both of ur knees. and ur in air. its hard to explain. i'll think of a way though. |

Why not do a "how to video" ?
like for each trick you know?
its the only way of grasping anything over the net, without your pal showing you how to do it. |

Woah Seth, you know what you're doing!
I can't pull off anything more than a 180, because I stop afterwards for whatever reason.
Any tips? |

thats what happens to my younger siblings (the ones who held the papers) just keep practicing up to that part and soon you'll be able to balance when you want to go backwards remember to also switch out your opposite foot for the 180; during the 360 most people are hestitant tgo through the whole thing which ends up in them stopping dont be scared just try to follow through a hint is to put ur feet in a V shpe when your spining; i just recently learned the crab walk and so i have a hard time explaining it if your right footed then start as if doing a 180 but face your feet opposite directions sometimes you'll start turning but that just means you have to get used to having your feet like that |

finally someone that jumps using the weak brake. its more of a prohop than a bunny hop for me. i'll give u some advice on how to jump
1. raise ur front foot a little bit
2. tilt ur back foot untill u hear scraping
3. raise ur front foot higher
4. now bend both of ur knees
5. now extend ur legs as u land.
the highest i ever got was 2 feet or under by little.
and the farthest was 4 feet 9, or somewhere near there.
no im not lying. |
