lol my friend recorded me nd his dog pulling me his name is Rocky. He's a puppy and aint really trained yet. But it all worked out good. And the backround music is by rocky's owner Georgey P.!

TH - This video officially SUCKS. The dog is an untrained puppy. The rider almost runs him over twice.
And you have him on COLLAR. He should be on a harness (if and when he's trained and ready).
Dude .. I love dogs - and this video has got you on my sh!t list.

At this moment roxas is on the harness as he is only 10 months old and rex on my Dog heeling video can only wear collars because when he was a pup and we had him on harnesses hed start to get rashes he was to small for one sz and to big for the smaller sz's so we had to go directly to collars and by the time we found a harness his sz (grandma made it) he was 2 and he didnt like the harness he perfered the collar.
so i was left with no choice oh mighty great merlyn........ |

prolly his doggy loving instincts are maternal. i think you guys should listen. i mean, think about it. if you trip and snap your doggie back, you could really hurt her if she's on a collar.
that's just imo (i don't have a doggie, but i want one some day)

Ahh yes.... ye olde dog+human on wheels=fun trick.
I did this a few years back on my longboard with my geryhound Rallye (which btw wasn't a harnessable dog but they do use huge 4" sight-hound collars). Word of caution to everyone. DO NOT DO THIS WITH A GREYHOUND!!! They can run up to 40mph (mine wa a lil' slower) and will get there rather quickly!! hahaha... yeah > I fell! Yeah . I got hurt. Yeah. I learned my lesson. 8) |

MK didn't mean anything. Despite the fact that she's thief who took my Gel Sliders (and won't give them back  ), she's didn't mean anything by it.
BTW - I'm not almighty (thanks Seth tho). Personally, I've reserved that designation for God. |

I agree. There are a LOT of dogs that aren't suited to pull. My caution wasn't meant to be random anger (thanks MK). I just want kids to be aware. If we can prevent even ONE injury to rider or dog, then I'm happy (for less than a price of a cup of coffee).
Okay .. I used to have this whole giant post on run-n-roll on how to dog-pull on Heelys, let me see if I have it archived and I'll re-post it here.
BTW - if you do get your dog trained and the right equipment, dog heeling is a LOT of fun. This is one instance where I think that the Big Deuce has a slight advantage over the Megas (since you can't foresee road debris).

| i still think the collar thing is not a good i dea for my dog, but when i walk him i take my heelys all the time and have him pull me, it is really fn, my dog is trained though so he doesnt cross the sidewalk or anything and he doesnt get too close to me, if he has to stop he just stopps and stands away from me until i stop then he does what he has to do |
