ok, so heres what I gathered:

1: Use lubricant that protects against water.
2: Clean bearings alot.
3: Switch to Big Deuce. (I have atomics and they wont fit, correct?)

Further questions:

1: I have fats with the little clip and I read I need a special tool for it. Anyone out there have another (cheaper) solution to remove the bearings?

2: Where is the best online place to buy wheels? I'm thinking I'll just use the wheels I have now in the rain and then buy another pair for spring.

go to the actual store (journeys has alot of the large and medium sz wheels) theyre also abec 5 or abec 7 with coin axle that would mean you can unscrew them and change the bearings

So I think I need large FATS. Amazon has some Abec-7 large fats for 24.99 with free shipping. I think I'll order those and use the wheels I have now in the rain for the next few months.

Before I order, where can I find wheels with coin axles?

So here is what I did:

Google is doing a deal where you can get $10 off an order of $10 or more with Sports Authority. I order some Abec 5 large fats for $19.99 and $5 shipping. Came out to $15.

Might be a good time to order some new heelys and save 10 dollars.

onetime when i heeled through water, one wheel became sqeaky. i took the wheel apart and used a paper clip to wipe out all the stuff in the bearings. i waited for it to dry. and now the wrecked wheel has to be on my back shoe.

David, perhaps you can recommend to HSL that they make wheels with tread for better traction on wet surfaces Very Happy
