Thought it would be fun to do what companys do and open their financial files on a given thing to the public. Looking at this makes me scared of my addiciton, so I thought it would be fun to share with friends. . . this is most (nearly all) of my personal Heelys spending over the past 8 months (not counting stuff I bought for friends or sold on)
Might have missed a pair or two here or there when going through the accounts, and the total for this month isn't right yet obviously,. . . but either way, man, I need help
Do you think I'm a possible candidate for Heelaholics Anonymous along with Seth and Heelynut? |

<- is seriously thinking he might need to SELL his freakin' car.
In an attempt to combat my addiction I made myself a rule that I can't buy any new heelys for 1 month (from 9/jan/09), but I bought some MBT shoes since. . .so maybe I already failed |

You could do what I do with Star Wars. Once a month I will save 500 bucks by saving some money from the previous month's checks. Basically, the money saved in December will pay for my addiction in January.
This way, I can splurge UP TO the limit, and I am still OK for my bills and such...
Its kinda like free money, but you have to be displined not to dip into your NEXT MONTH savings...
Does that make sense? |

Hehe, yeah I get ya. I'm usually very disciplined - in the last ten years this is the first time I've let my bank balance go below $5,000, I've just been very, very weak lately when it comes to impulse buying. Since I found Heelys it's hard to keep it above $50
Hopefully I'll soon find a happy medium between these extremes |
