most people i know who got on the team have tried out in person.
all the others who have tried out by mail or email or w.e. never got an answer and theyve kinda died out of heeling... |

Don't get your hopes up my friend.
Skating for the fame is being a sell out. I don't care who you are. You have to look at the people who are on the Pro Team. They skate because it is fun to them and they don't quit.
Don't get me wrong, being sponsored has it advantages (like being able to skate with others) but you first have to come to the goals of skating with yourself and if you don't get an answer (or worse, you do and they say you suck) you have to have the maturity to turn away and continue to skate for yourself.
I would love to meet the person who picked up a pair of shoes and said that they are only skating to go Pro. Like Seth said, the kids who tried never got a response and just fizzled out from skating. |
