Hey all, just wondering if anyone has some good tips on ways to heel over (small) cracks without wiping out? Like the normal cracks between sidewalk panels.

Thanks,

ohhh thats easy, i was kinda wondering this for a while too then i realized.... all you have to do it pick your front foot up a lil when your front foot is going over it.... your back foot will just glide right over...

Also, another way that can help is you can shift your weight around and put less on your feet if thats at all possible.

Oooh, can I use antigravity for my answer too? Very Happy

Basically, yeah, just put less weight on the foot that's passing over the crack. Of course if you have a series of deep cracks in front of you, you might be doing a quirky dance... Very Happy

That definitely helps, but kick your front foot up also.

Emma's answer is the best for beginners.

Seth's answer is the best for intermediates.

Heelybabe's answer is best for crazy people.
