lol
here's some tips:
1. try not to lean forward and look at your feet when you heel
2. keep your arms and upper body relaxed |

Looks at ramp vid: mm, do I see built in grind-rails?
I wish I had that many smooth floored places to practise |

Lol, merrie unless you can defy gravity or your feet are sz -7 those things are ungrindable. Theyre too close up to the wall, the most you can get on them is a little tap but you cant get on top of it to be able to stay stable for the whole rail. IDK if they have the same thing in the UK though |

ME,
That section is like a built-in mini skate park! That is the shallow easy ramp, but has 2 90degree turns in it. There is plenty of flat space and a VERY steep RAMP OF DEATH (which is roped off by 2 chains). Someday, MAYBE, when I get much much much better, I'll try the ramp of death! I think my feet would get caught between the wall and the rails in that spot though! If you'd care to fly all the way out the middle of no-where and try it, I'd be happy to film for you though!

WC, I watched the most recent ramp vid again and noticed something....it might be easier for you to heel if you keep your feet closer together. Not side by side, but I mean.....one behind the other instead of further out to the sides. |

I've been working on that! It's hard for me to do, because the muscles in my legs aren't used to that positions yet! It's WAY easier to do that on flatland with my left foot forward!

The other day in a large airport that was a HUGE spiral ramp for people to lug their wheeled luggage up to the various floors - It was mega-steep and I heeled all the way down with a huge grin on my face - is great pretending people are cones for weaving around |
