All right, I've seen this posted in various places, and I'm honestly not sure what is going on.
What, exactly, is the difference between the Fats found on most Heelys and the "Reflex wheels" Fats? |

the reflex fats are basically mini megas because theyre:
1.clear
2.Abec 7
and lastly
3.They have coin axle so you can unscrew them |

I love the idea of the Reflex and Shox .. but I don't want to give up the size and speed of the Megas.
The Reflex wheels have the same hardness (84A) as the mega-wheels. They're just smaller. |

My bad -
The FATs are 86A - and the Mega is 84A. A lot of places post this incorrectly. If you pick up a FATs and a Mega and push your nail in it, you'll see.
Big Deuce, I'm not so sure. But I think its 84A also. The problem with the BD is not that its soft or hard. The problem is that because it has two touch points, it can wear unevenly. I also find that its softer, even though the specs sez otherwise. Its good for street.

When you're talking about wearing unevenly, you mean the outside edges of the wheels wear faster than the inside, right?
Because it seems to me that one side wearing down more than the other can solved by the simple process of.. taking it out and putting it in the other way.  |
