When you drop in try to get your body as low as it can go. Then when you start to go onto the flat come up. When you start to hit the other side, go back down again.
In your head try to count " 1,2,3,4. 1,2,3,4" it helps |

| 2 "pumps" on each side of the halfpipe, one when going up and the other when coming down, same for the other side |
