ok so here's the situation... i just got a nice new set of 608 bones labyrinth bearings and i want some heelys to put the remaining 4 bearings in (i put the first in my scooter) but most heelys i look at have 688 micro bearings so obviously they wont fit... but as far as i've seen the "mega" wheels have 608 bearings so i was wondering which heelys have the mega wheel in them or if there are any other heelys with 608 bearings???...

cheers much .... JAM

I donno much of bearings, but Yours sounds much like skateboard bearings:D
all heelys got the same size of bearings I bet just different quality. Ive got in my MEg wheels some skateboard bearings I guess or heeliys bearings in my skateboard wheel Im nopt sure. and they fit rollerskate to. Its some kind of a unification.

No, the 688 Micro fits Fats and is much smaller- Fats and Mega aren't interchangeable at all. (And hasn't this been mentuioned here enough times?) The OP needs to find a style with either Mega or Big Deuce.

If you want grind plates and one of the bigger wheel styles (which means 608), that means you're getting either the Torches or the Evolutions. If you don't want to bother with grind plates, get the Reflex instead, as it's got the superior cushioning.

nope the torch, glide, blah blah blah all have micro bearings which are more common in inline's and the glitz seem to be the only heelys i've fount with 608 skateboard bearings instead of 688 micro bearings... are the wheels interchangeable and if so do the mega's fit on any other shoe?

Torch has Mega wheels which means 608.

Torches

Evolutions have Big Deuce, which, again, means 608. You can interchange Big Deuce and Mega (same size wheel bracket) but you can't interchange Fats with anything.

If you're looking for female-specific styles then, yeah, the Glitz is the only one with the big wheels.

This is the second time the can't-find-this-in-women's-styles problem has come up, actually. The execs over at HSI really need a good thwacking for this.

I'm a girl, however nothing could stop me from getting a grindplate so I got the evolution. I am very satisfied with this model and if you got your information of of heelys.com there are several other items not listed on the site. If 608 fit mega and big duece I know the Spree has mega which is a girl style.

Yet another screwed-up supplier. When are they ever going to learn?

Real specs
