spinning is hard to find out how to do but easy once you get used to it. Just turn your feet in a V formation and do not move them, this is very hard with the wheels most shoe come with, i strongly recomend you buy some ABEC 7 wheels (if it came with ABEC 7 just maybe clean them first)

ok well im using used heelys my frend grew out of cause he had a foot problem all summer and when yhe was out of a wheel chair they didnt fit, but anyways his are an old style (flatland) style to be exact.his old wheels broke so he got the big deuce style (the ones for big sockets and have two different wheels). They have abec 7 too. ive been practicing alot today ive almost got the 180 down.same with the 360.i like doing a 180 then going backwards then switching into forward position again its fun when i can get it down occasionaly. and can u put reds skateboard bearings in cause i cant get these abec 7s out i think they are just to old.

Unless you're in a skate shop with a real bearing remover, the best way is to stick your axle inside the bearing and wiggle it out.

I used a very sharp knife actuelly, you just ant to be careful not to cut the bearings.

If you want to do a 180 .. first learn to go backwards.

Because after the 180 you end .. up .. going .. backwards.

Then knowing how not to fall on you butt comes in real handy.

Very Happy

180- just start off heelieing then turn to the right(if u ride with yur right foot in front of your left) so your feet are shaped like a V Then swith to your left(right) in front of your right(left) foot and u shud be heelieing backwards! Very Happy

360- a 360 is kinda like a 180 but instead of doing a half of a spin and ending up heelieing backwards u do a FULL spin and end up like how u began.

720-a seven twenty is the same thing as a 360 but u do 2 FULL spins around instead of 1.

pipeline- before u do this trick u should probably bend your knees a few times a week so your feet are pointing in diffrent directions. Sart off heelieing then turn to the right and bend your knees so they r facing diffrent directions.

it would benefit you to bend your knees if you had to bend your knees to do the trick
