How often should one go through shoes? I do about 3 hours of skating a day, typically skatepark stuff, through I have a smooth concrete picnic area by my house which I skate at...

Basically though, I'm buying a new pair roughly once every 6 months or so due to sole wear-age. They are still... um, wearable... but the grip feels like riding on ice, and basically I was wondering if I was going through them too fast.

I have a pair of Atomics which are my everyday pair, and my Rails for when I know I'm going out on a mission

I've had my GT's probably like...4 or 5 months...and they are flat out trashed. I really should be wearing them anymore but they are the only one's that I can wear right now.

si, honestly though, sponsor ships are cool, but not really for me. When I inlined I was sponsored by Eukanuba (dog food) and the local vet clinic to advertise for them when I skated. It was cool, but too much pressure for me. I just like to skate, I do it for me, you know. But maybe one day for the heck I'll try out... if only my stupid leg would hurry up and get better lol

only pressure we get for heelys is if we're getting new wheels.

the demos are cool but if you cant make it to one then no problem.

yeah...the only thing you really have to do is get to some of the demos that your EMM holds...and if you cant get to some of them then its fine, you can miss em, even if you dont want to go to a demo then they dont mind...but if your not going to go to any demos whatsoever then theres really no point in getting sponsored at all...
