Any one sponsored for heeling, I've only heard of one heeler who is sponsored (Kevin Cobb) and I was wondering if there were any more. Also I an thinking about getting sponsored, anyone have any companies they'd recomend?

u cant get sponsored in heelys. only joining a team.

You can get sponsored .. I've heard of people being sponsored by a company and of course by HSL (the makers).

A lot of internet companies will sponsor you if you're willing to make videos for them. Just write them and ask if they'll sponsor you by sending you shoes. In return, say you'll make videos for their website.

If you're good, you could be getting free shoes!!

HSL team members are sponsored by Heelys. We get new shoes and are paid. Money's good. But getting free Heelys is much more important.

If you want to be agressive - make a really nice video and slap a company's name on it. Then send it to them and tell them they can use it on their website if they send you a pair of shoes. Use the same video for like 3 or 4 site (just change the name). But only give the rights to whoever agrees first. -OR- you can let several sites use it, but let them know its not exclusive.

These are just some ideas. If you're really good, HSL is bound to notice eventually. But sometimes its hard to get sponsored if you live in an area that already has a lot of people on the team. And in other cases, its hard if Heelys has not team in the local area (no one who works for HSL in the area). Like I said, these are just some ideas.

That's WICKED. Jeez. Me and my sister have been talking about sending in a video. Neither of us are that good. Yet. Oh, man, now I'm reeeally going to be working hard. I'm going to the mall tomorrow. And my digital camera is coming with me. Very Happy

Under 12 still gets PAID!!

Its fun getting money for doing something you love. But loving something you do should be enough.

I'd Heel even if I didn't get paid. But sometimes we have to travel to do demos at skateparks and stuff, so getting paid is important to pay for gas and food and stuff.

That is so cool. The pay would be nice, but I think I like the free heelys more. Heelys are way out of my budget. I'm a dirt poor girl.

They pay good, but no - you can't live off it. Its like a nice bonus. But there are a lot of perks .. like free Heelys .. free wheels .. all the promos .. inside scoop .. helping R&D.

Some guys on the team went to work for them full-time. They do a lot of other stuff in addition to skating (marketing and promotion stuff). Not my thing really.

I already have a good job, so Heelys is just a hobby. Besides, I just like to skate.

Dream job . . . I dunno they recently had an opening in that for the north east region and I was reading requirements and stuff like that so yeah . . .
