wii just looks lame. i mean, the controller is shaped like a tv remote. its hard to press it. the 360 is cool, but ps3 is way beta.

LOL do you even know what the wii is?!?!? Atleast nintendo comes up with orginal ideas, unlike sony and microcrap i mean soft. all that the ps3 is is a upgraded version of the ps2, same with the xbox 360. RANT OVER Wink

I'm with the Wii, just funner to physically interact with your game then it is to just control by moving yor fingers.

My cousin has the Wii I even put up a video of his little brother (who is only 7) playing Rayman Raving Rabbids. I've played it and its REALLY loads of fun. I agree with mx54 about the PS3 and the xBox360......THEY SUCK! Yes I am aware of their great graphics but, they're not original and thats where gamers notice more. Plus the Wii is funner bya dding the interactivity. I think that the fact that the Wii is aimed at EVERY age group is really good too. Unlike, xBox and PS3 which are aimed at teens.

PS3.. sigh. I'd need to keep my old controller, as due to patent disputes Sony is no longer making the new controllers with vibration. And the only real benefit I'd have with a PS3 is that I can play all my PS2 games on it. Sorry guys, that's just not enough, and although I'd love to play the new Sonic game I'm not shelling out $600 for that. Price is going to have to drop before I touch it- and the only thing that will make me buy it after the price drops is either a new Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy 13, or maybe a God of War sequel. (Ya hear that, Sony? Square Enix is saving your bacon.)

XBox 360, as far as I'm concerned, isn't even in the running. I'm not buying a Microsoft console because the whole thing might go to hell in an instant. I'm also not interested in paying a subscription for anything.

Verdict: Wii. The floating controller is what does it. There's a lot of potential in that, and Nintendo has a lot of developers in its corner. But if the Wii doesn't particularly interest you, buy a PS2 for $99 and spend the rest of the money on good games (Kingdom Hearts, KH2, Sonic Riders, God of War, Katamari Damacy, We Love Katamari, and for those of you with more patience, Shadow of the Colossus and Final Fantasy 12), most of which have hit the cheap section of the store.

Wii is WAY better than ps3 and 360 put together!

Nintendo actually did something different rather than just making a console pretty much the same as the last ones.

Ps3 and xbox 360 might hav better graphics, but its how fun it is 2 play that really counts, and the fact that anyone, any age, can just pick up the remote and start playing

I tried the Wii at my friends house last week and we couldn't stop play .. even the dumb come-with games were fun.

Doubles Tennis .. very fun .. bowling .. fun (I accidently threw the controller during bowling - the ball went backwards towards the crowd on screen!).

Zelda ... ahhhhhh .. Zelda.

See the new Spidey game coming out .. Its like this .. PS3 has better graphics .. but the next generation of games is going to be about the interface. So Wii wins in my book. nuff said.

Is it me but does the playstation 3 font look like spiderman (movie) font?

Because as soon as i saw the commercial for playstation 3 i tought it was a commercial for spiderman 3...brb heelys commercial is on......ok so anyways.....so did everyone else in my family when we saw it.

I haven't seen a blowout like this since the 16-bit era. It's like the XBox 360 is the Genesis, the PS3 is the Turbografx-16, and the Wii is the SNES. The 360 has its fans and its market share already in place, the Wii is nuking all sales records, and the PS3 is just... there.

Poor Sony. At least they're still making money hand over fist on the PS2.
