Deez, I am glad that you are a father to these kids and understanding how much fun it is to skate. I wish you were my dad, as my dad does not believe in skating nor ramps. Darn, imagine a ramp like that in my garage!

Thanks for the kind words. My pops was always the same way with me and my crazy antics on 2 wheels. We didn't have the room for a ramp in my backyard when I was a kid, so he helped a neighbor build one for his son that I used quite often. I'd like to think I'm returning the favor to my groms the best I can. And hopefully... you guys will remember these days when YOU get older. It's a pretty large sacrifice to put the time and money into something like that for the kids. No matter what they're into, embrace it like it was your own hobby because one day you won't be around to share that kind of time with them.
Damn that took a turn of depression!!! Lol |
