| Ok so we've all seen heelys on the news saying people have been injured and killed in heelys related accedents. Well thats exactly what it is!!! Heelys RELATED injuries. The one death that occured is because some moron was J-walking and got hit by a car. He just so happened to be wearing Heelys at the time. No one was even sure if he was heeling!!!! They also say that playing Billiards is more dangerouse than heelys. So dont be afraid of all this media hype. Heelys arent dangerous to the extreme extent that the news exagerates over, but you should wear pads. |

Your making it sound like the kid really was a moron. First of all it was a 11 year kid. 11 years old isnt that old as to know right frm wrong and w.e.. Second of all The idiot town (bridgewater) had the mailboxes across the street from the house right in front of the street and right in front of a construction sign so the kids view was obstructed and as was the drivers. Lastly although the kid was usingthe shoes he had the wheels in and he was wearing rebels. rebels ARE to blame for everything  Oh and the only way to get to his mailbox was to Jay-Walk there were no crossing thingy's nearby. (All this information have been from some articles and pictures of the shoes just lying there on the road and of the mailboxes location.) |
