Falling Tips:
1. Never put your hands out. It hurts like crap.
2. Never land on your legs while theyre tense (stiff leg)
3. If you can fall sideways and roll.
4. If you fall forward roll on your shoulders.
5. If your grinding and start to fall jump away from the rail and keep your legs together.
Thats all. Dont forget your pads!!! |

Well, if you're going down, you have to fall on *something*...
Hopefully it'd be a padded surface, like a gel slider, elbow pad, or knee pad. Barring that, ROLL into the fall. The more you roll, the less skin you lose... |

Believe me...I learned how to do that (and no, I'm not talking about my parkour)
I fell in the same place on my arm and split it open about four times in the past two months before I got my new pads |
