Newbie to the forum, and my Heelys are still being held hostage by UPS  but here's my 2 cents.
Having read the original thread, if Slicer is the man (or woman) in charge of running the contest then he/she should have final say. It seems like its all being done for fun and basically bragging rights (correct me if I'm wrong). He seems like a nice person and not doing it to smash any egos. All I can say is if you don't agree with the rules, (not just with this contest but for any) simply don't participate. What I imagine Slicer could do is have 1 winner for overall vid and 2 honorable mentions for the flatland and vert categories. Either way you can't please all of the people all of the time. |
