| REALLY good video seth, but when i tried to just practice going backwards by pushing off a doorway/wall my back foot tends to turn, i heel normally with my left foot in front so i was doing it with my left in back as you said. how do i keep my feet going straight? |

one foot inrfont of the other and practice until you can do it straight.
or find a more comfortable position in which you can do it straight i.e. make your stance wider or more narrow |

i use them to play with my dogs. They love trying to catch them. I got pretty decent with them which is why they don't get hurt with them.
