as far as I understand, abec just refers to the quality of the balls(?) in the bearing. In terms of size of bearings, you have to look for things like 608 or 688.
Edit:
also try looking up abec in wikipedia for a better description

Yes.

My vapors came with FATS abec 1 and I bought some ABEC 5 replacements. very noticeable.

MAKE SURE you get the right size wheel. In my case, I needed fats large. use the heely's wheel chart and take the 4-digit number code from it to make sure you get the right kind.

go buy some bones reds. no reason to replace your wheels when the bearings go bad. and bones you can take apart and clean so they should last for a very long time.

i skate (skateboard) redz or bonz which ever you prefer. if your looking for red bones go to a local skate shop they run for about 15 -17 bucks i like them but i dunno if they fit heelys wheels they look like it. and redz are not abecs they are pro bearings and they need lubrication every now and then. i use 2 in one or 3 in cant remember its about 3 bucks it lubricates cleans and protects. really good i wouldn't use wd40 because if it gets inside your bearing its takes the lube from your bearing and you either end up with ruined bearings or yucky beaings.

isn't really on topic of the topic but i thought i would share that info and if im wrong please tell me im not 100% on everything i said. please do not criticize me if im wrong. Very Happy
