| they might have ceramic bearings and if you put on WD40 before and after no damage would be done, not to mention those people are actually members of this site. |

If you ride your wheels in water .. they .. will .. rust.
Cleaning them with WD-40 and lubing prevents rust.
But if you don't clean them after puddles .. sealed or not .. they .. will .. rust.
Trust me .. I have the 100 bearing to prove it.

On the other hand, if you walk around with them in snow and immediately put them in front of a hot air convector the moment you get home, they're generally not going to be affected.
It really matters how fast you dry them out. |
