Great vid again. A lot of your grinds are like mine- you land back foot first and stall for an instant before your weight moves onto your front foot to actually do the grind.
Getting dizzy from the spins? 
I didn't realize you could grind wood benches- I'll have to try that sometime... |

yes................i had a headache for a while after

it only works on those benches when theyre wet i put some water from the puddle next to the bleachers on to them. thats why i only grinded one bench because the others were dry |

| heelygirl, im guessing u just started heelying, heres a tip, when ur gonna spin, put the foot thats on the direction that ur gona spin on in the front , like if ur gona spin to the rght, put ur right foot in the front, it helps with balance |
