HOW TO MAKE THIS RAIL!!
You need:
PVC Pipe (Mine is 2 1/2 inches in diameter)
Wood
Screws
POWER TOOLS BABY
Okay, this is all you do:
1. Screw the 2x4s into the support plank. I used three for a six foot rail.
2. Turn the wood over so the 2x4s are facing upwards. Screw some screws into the support plank so that you can see about half an inch of the screw on the other side of the support plank. Make sure they are evenly placed.
3. Turn the wood over so that you have the 2x4s on the ground again. Hold the PVC pipe in place while your dad or whoever hammers the PVC pipe over where the screws are so the partially sink into the PVC pipe, this will make it easier to screw the screws in.
4. Flip it over again so that you can screw the screws in. Have someone hold the PVC pipe so it doesnt fall. Screw the screws.
5. Enjoi your new rail or I will have to beat you with my Grail 2s. |
Lol you can see the Pros in the top upper right hand corner in the second one |
