Try changing your bearings. I ride my BD's to the core and the wheels have yet to "click". However, the bearings usually get thrashed.
The thing I've noticed with Large Megas is that they usually fall apart fast when doing tech skating. I haven't tried Rumble megas, but seeing how they are shoe specific, this could mean some high prices.
So unfortunately, I don't have any wheels to spare, and if no one else here does, try swapping bearings to see what happens |

Rumble wheels are my favorites! But unless you buy Rumbles you can't really get them. I have 3 pairs of mediums, but I'm not parting with them! Obi, you can usually find Megas on Ebay, and always on Amazon. But try what Mav said and get new bearing first. If it's not the bearing, you can always save them for the next set of wheels.

New bearings made it worse?!? Did you replace all of them in the wheels, or just a "suspected" bearing? What bearings did replace the old ones with?
Also, BD's are coin-axles (meaning you can take them apart without ruining the C-Clip). Try tightening them, or seeing if they are in backwards (follow the picture to see where they should line up).
Because really, I have never had a pair of BD's squeak on me, and I have gone through several because of how hard I ride them...
But regardless, if you feel that it is the wheel, buy new Megas on Amazon or eBay. You can also go to the stores and look through the clearance rack for old Ninjas; they come with Megas. Just be aware; Where ever Megas are, Air Bubbles will be soon to follow O.o |

I got 3 pairs of Rumbles on clearance at Ross Dress for Less for $17 each
That's less than new wheels. It's worth a look.

How heavy are you Obiwan, and how hard do you skate?
I only ask because me (small) and some of my littler relatives who skate have NEVER yet had air-bubbles in many long months of our usual skating. So whilst I fully believe Mav and other skaters (even kids) who skate hard may get air bubbles in mega's quite soon after buying them, if you are light, or your skating style is light, or you just get a lucky pair with lots of glue, you might not get airbubbles with your mega's if you buy them.
It makes sense if you think about it: if you jump up and down and stamp with all your might, the wheels are bound to break sooner (not that I am saying anyone here does this, it's just an example of one extreme). On the other hand if you are a graceful dancer who glides around like something from a ballet, you may find mega wheels may never break. I must admit it seems I have a rather soft skating style so far, so if you think you do too, you may find mega's ideal.
But yes your wheels MAY be fixable, it all depends on somehow finding out what the squeak is, where it is coming from, and then thinking up a solution (if possible). But of course if not, new wheels will be needed.
A set of new mega's can be had for about $10-$20 depending on what size you take (Small, Medium, Large) and how hard you look. I've had some on ebay for as little as $4 - and I've spent as much as $70 to get some rumble wheels (since to me rumble wheels are the best wheel heelys make themselves). But I spend a lot of hours searching: sadly there is very little in life that comes easy or free.
But anyway, whether it be the solution of how to fix your original wheels, or some new wheels for less than $20, I say seek and ye shall find. |

If you can afford it I think these would be well worth it just for the wheels:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=150342671194
Only a little more expensive than wheels on their own, and you get shoes with them, plus the rumble wheels are the best wheels heelys make if you ask me.
But if you do want them, stake a claim FAST - US 9 rumbles are about the size of most US 10 heelys, and an excellent shoe, and many heelers know this, so if you want them, grab them QUICK! |
