| Same with Pickle, I hate that. I stopped heeling too... actually, I stopped months ago. I still love my clutches though. Man, heeling is such an awesome sport. Anyways, what's the AJ incident? |

Bummer Merlyn.
I went through the same thing with the Soap Team a few years back, which eventually led me down the same path as you.
HSL don't seem to know what they're doing at times. Very disorganized and hesitant to something even remotely close to a risk.
Don't stop Heelying though, just do it for yourself and not for others (Which is what I had been doing with Soap's).
(Btw this is Dario, you invited me to that old closed Yahoo heelys group from a while ago). |

Its all good. I believe that all good things must come to an end. I happen to be lucky in that my brain remembers muscle memory very well. I can pick something up years after I've practiced and still be pretty good at it.
For instance .. the table tennis video was filmed around 5 years after I stopped playing ping-pong competitively. I hadn't picked up a paddle for about 4 years when that was filmed. Before that I'd been to the Nationals twice (won my division once). I take whatever I do pretty seriously. But its hard for me to do anything "just recreational". Call it a character flaw. But that's how I am.
Right now I'm training to climb Mt.Rainier (the highest point in the continental USA) next May. So I'm concentrating on that. Good things ends, so other good things can begin!! |

These things are (for the most part) meant to be recreational, but I understand where you're coming from.

LOL, he is scary but to meet him you'd have to come to the UK as he lives here most of the time (but occasionally goes to Romania to visit family).
