If you'd ever been to DC, you'd know how unlikely it would be to actually heel there. The roads haven't been paved in years, thereby showing quite a number of potholes and just overall rough roads.
Add to that the 2 million people (of which I was one), and there simply wasn't room for it. BTW... if you see any video from near the Washington Monument (national phallic symbol), look for bright orange gloves to the left... that's me (well, my hands, but you get the point)..

True dat.  Our roads are the same. . . literally made up of thousands of razor sharp stones. . . makes good grip for car tyres but doesn't half shred up human flesh pretty easy.  |
