Sorry, they're not in America.
Also, take a look around the (slow, for 'Merkuns anyway) Heelys Hong Kong site. I don't know if HSI is just using America as its testbed for global products or what, but they're years behind us in terms of styles and wheels. Kinda sad really. 
They still sell Original wheels on the site, and a lot of their styles still contain them. |

Overseas doesn't have the same liability problems as the USA. You can go to a club in HK and dance in Heelys. Here, they won't let you.
People over there have much greater understanding of personal responsibility.
