Can't you tell by his tone of voice? He's upset. He doesn't want to say the things he's saying. His parents are standing in front of the camera and forcing him to say these things. He's wearing dark glasses because his parents don't want people to notice the really obvious fact that he's reading off a piece of paper.

This is pathetic. I feel sorry for the kid.

Yeah - if you look in his glasses, you can see his eye are fixed on something, never the camera.

And he stumbles when he says "heelys e .. eliminanates the one exercise that children get" - you can tell he's not making it up on the spot for sure.

if you look at the video 19 seconds in nd pause it you see either paper or a computer screen that he's probly reading from

"This video has been removed by the user". Owned. I made a comment that was the exact same as the one I made here- wonder if that was what did it...
