I can't access it now because I'm at work and youtube is blocked here but, on my 180 youtube vid one of you fine people mentioned that if I can do 180 and revert I can basically do a 360. . . now i know I can do this, but is this a true 360?

Am i best to learn 360 this way, or some other way which would make it easier in future to do the higher number spins like 720 etc, because obviously to do the 360 by simply adding a 180 would mean you aren't using the proper spinning technique?

Hm,
When you are not at work I would try watching my video if you can,
www.youtube.com/heelytrickster
if you are unable then I'd try the 180 to revert seeing as it is a "360"
then once you get those down you can do them alot faster which will be an actual 360.

HT.

Mr. England,

Do what feels right. 360, 180 to Revert...

If you feel comfortable doing it that way, then do it. I can't, for the life of me, do a crabwalk before doing a footie first...

And to be honest, no matter how much stuff I get from people, the only two tricks I will probably ever do is the Footie and Crabwalk for tech skating. I see pyschos pretty pointless FOR ME and I don't much care for them, so I don't do them

Sure. For myself I kinda originally set myself the goal that I want to be able to do everything: all the tech, all the vert, all the grinds etc. . . but I may find that I simply lack the balance to do some of the tricks, I'm not sure. I'm trying to figure out if there is a limit to what I can do, or given enough time, could I eventually master everything?

Truth is I might get bored of it before I master everything, as I often let hobbies fall by the wayside, but so far my interest in heelys is still going strong Smile

@merrie, i learned 360 WAAAAAAYYY before i learned 180 so i dont know which would help more, learning 360 first i noticed i could spin alot longer then some people on youtube who said tey 180'd first but they can still fluidly do it, I'd say just keep doing 180->revert till you get it down perfect, then speed up the transition between them and once you do that, just try and go for more spins and go through it faster (what im imagining in a 180 to revert 360 is that you skate, do a 180 skate backwards for a bit then revert, whatd id suggest however is to try and get that gap between the 180 and revert smaller and smaller until its just a fluid 360 all the way)
