Anyone else able to keep doing this for long periods of time? My record is about five hours straight at a skate park (grinds, bowl carving, jumps, etc), with breaks.

What's everyone else's record for a constant Heelying streak?

haha only five i got double that at kings dominion.. we heeled all day .. there were 4 of us.. we played this game who ever could find the most people with heelys wins so but i got double your score with 10 hours straight.

HAHAHA - what a funny thread.

Sigh - okay .. get this .. I lived in Heelys for about 12 month, never missing a day of Heeling.

Man .. gonna regret I posted that.

LOL - I guess I got addicted to not having to walk everywhere in New York City.

For you to say "I lived in Heelys for about 12 month, never missing a day of Heeling" is akin to ordinary mortals saying "I lived in regular shoes for about 12 month, never missing a day of walking", or, depending on how you meant it, a serious runner saying "I lived in running shoes and did at least some training every day for a year". Impressive, but not getting any "OMFG"s here. All it really means is that you're dedicated and haven't suffered any debilitating injuries (sprained ankle, etc). Smile

A lot of the kids here can probably match it if they wear them to school, when it becomes more of a matter of simply not wearing any other shoes. I haven't worn anything but Heelys and snow boots for some time. Just haven't had a need. "I could wear my regular shoes to the grocery store.. but why would I do that?"

How long has an individual practice session lasted?

hmm .. I once heeled from Chelsea Park to DeWitt Park .. I figure that's got to be just shy of 2 miles. It was a really hot day .. I must have lost a pound or two doing that.

Timewise .. let me think .. I guess I skate about 3 hours at a time when I'm at a skate park. You rest some in between while you're thinking about how to land a trick .. but its all still "training" I guess.

Sometimes I just keep pumping around until my legs can't take anymore. Then I go to Wendys and get a Jr. frosty.

i live in florida and havent had normal shoes since last year in june.

who need drugs when you have heelys Razz

here we dont need snow boots (obviously) so its really all i need.

Okay - guess that's why it was notable. I live in NY and it snows hard here in the winters. And I still wore my Heelys everyday.

And you're right about the Heelys vs. Drugs.

dunno how i wanna get sponsored but so does everyother kid in my family. So we decided that when the day comes we'll get sponsored together half of us can do 360's and 180's and flat ground tricks and 2 of us can grind

I mean - I saw your videos on youtube and you have a good repertoire of tricks. Your videotaping could use some work though.
