This trick is dubbed the "oh sh*t", since I did this by accident the first time.
Start the same way as the 180, only get a little more twist in your body prior to spinning. While in the spin, lift your weaker foot and let yourself do a full spin on your dominant heel. When you put your weaker foot down, you should be back where you started, facing straight ahead. |

Actually, I was going to post a trick called the @$$-breaker, since most of us have that one down pretty well by now.
Not to mention the toe trip from not lifting one of your feet up high enough. |

Actually, the issue I had when I first started heeling as not walking heel-toe, like you'd normally do. I found myself attempting a full frontal split if I walked like that.
I don't know how women walk in higher heels than these things bring you up. |

It is kinda weird that your heels are elevated like high heels. But you get used to walking around in them all the time. When I have my Heelys on I rarely ever take out the wheels anymore. I like being able to roll around whenever I choose. |

I was one of the first people to start doing that trick. Starting off Heelying forward, then spinning 360 degrees on that one foot only to continue Heeling forward after the spin. Have you guys ever tried "cheating death"? Cheating Death as I call it is basically doing a backwards 1-foot, ilt's pretty crazy. |

I have the onefoot 360 down and can now transition out into a weak leg one foot or pipe line. Austin, are you the dude from Cali? I was hoping to pick your brain at the commercial shoot a few months back but you werent there. |
