I was told not to heel in Walmart because they wouldnt be reliable. So I asked why thats not ok. They said I would be paying for the hospital. So I said it was my decision to heel. After a long conversation I found out they are reliable.  |

But if they aren't liable, then it should be OK (liable = legally responsible)... but if they are liable... uhh. |
